1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Viewr ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Viewr. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Creator Accounts
Creators must connect a verified TikTok or Instagram Reels account to participate in campaigns. Viewr reserves the right to approve, reject, or revoke creator access at any time. Attempting to manipulate view counts, submitting fraudulent content, or misrepresenting account ownership will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of any pending earnings.
4. Campaigns & Submissions
Creators may submit content to active campaigns subject to each campaign's requirements. Viewr does not guarantee approval of any submission. Approved submissions are compensated based on verified views at the rate stated in the campaign at the time of submission. Rates are subject to change for future submissions.
5. Earnings & Withdrawals
Earnings are calculated based on verified view data pulled directly from platform APIs. The minimum withdrawal threshold is $20. Viewr reserves the right to withhold payment if fraudulent activity is suspected. Payments are processed via PayPal or cryptocurrency (USDT) as selected by the creator. Processing times may vary.
6. Referrals
Viewr operates a referral programme that awards a percentage of referred creators' earnings. Referral commissions are subject to change and may be discontinued at Viewr's discretion. Self-referrals or abuse of the referral system will result in account termination.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: use bots or automated tools to inflate views; submit content that violates third-party platform policies; impersonate any person or entity; attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Platform; or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you create. By submitting content to campaigns, you grant Viewr a non-exclusive licence to reference your submission for reporting and promotional purposes. Viewr's trademarks, branding, and platform code remain the sole property of Viewr.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these terms or behaviour deemed harmful to the Platform or its users.
10. Limitation of Liability
Viewr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viewr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
